We won't be visiting Aus, Eng in near future. We will play most of our matches in BD. We have all the right to decide how we prepare our wicket. Spin is our greatest strength, and this is a series decider, so we played to our strength. What's wrong with bowlers having a good wicket? Why people don't complain when ODI produces 600+ run?

I don't really mind Dujon's question but it's the timing of the question which makes it facepalmable.
Where were these questions yesterday when we were batting?
This type of questions could be asked towards the end of a game after seeing both sides struggling to score.

My answer would be 'Yes'. So many grounds around the world, ODI pitches solely favor the batsmen and there's nothing in it for the bowlers. This pitch is a refreshing change and gives the bowlers a leg up to balance things out. This is a good ODI pitch Dujon!
Who cares about whether it's a "good ODI" pitch or not.

The fact of the matter is the home team has every right to make a pitch to maximize their chances of winning.

End of story.

Dujon was pressing hard if "this is a good ODI pitch." It got a bit testy as Ata did not admit it was made to BD's strength

Don't worry about Pollard.

He'll be out soon, he's not an innings builder. A powerful hitter.

One would argue ... That would be premature to ask...given more time, you should be able to have a better assessment of the pitch...there was nothing wrong in asking that question...a straight answer could have made a good discussion...
