If the Pant dude fails, Sarfaraz Khan always picks it up for them. If Pant gets going, then its game over from the start

Another Indian wicket falls and they are in a spot of bother.

It's the captain that goes...cheaply....

Captain Kishan goes..

India are 29/2

Sarfaraz just threw his wicket away...after reaching his fifty..he decided that he was going to switch gears
..it failed miserably with an easy pop up catch to mid on.

Sarfraz seems a bit weak against short balls. I hope our team management taking notes.

I am sure team management is too busy working on how to ensure Saif can stick in the wicket for a longer period of time

True. Aghanistan is still an associate.
It can be argued they fluked a win as Nepal and Namibia taken their beatings large in the last 2 games.
I dunno Nz' story but heard Saffies did not pick their best squad, had 2 make room for quotas.NZ it may be a mistake of not enough trips in these type of conditions.
Will be interested when Nepal plays Nambia, the winner qualifies for the next youth world cup.

The only 'numpty' team as far as I am concerned is Australia

Scotland easily put away, and we finish 13th.

All in all I think this was an excellent showing by us! We were very close to beating NZ, put India under serious pressure and comfortably beat Canada and Scotland. Bar the Nepal game we competed in every match. Tucker hit 3 50's, the McClintock twins played well and Anders is as of now the leading wicket taker!

Funny how we werent even meant to be here haha.

Anyway thanks to BD for being such great hosts, no doubt the lads had an invaluable experience.

Quote:
Anders is particularly enjoying his Bangladesh experience, not just for his deeds on the field but for the pleasant feeling that is quite alien to an Irish youngster – being in a country that lives and breathes cricket. At the Sheikh Kamal International Stadium on Sunday, some 200-odd fans had gathered to watch a match they had no personal interest in. It was all new to Anders.

“It’s incredible playing in this country. Typically, cricket in Ireland isn’t the biggest sport. But in Bangladesh, it’s huge,” he says, his eyes widening. “Everyone is playing it everywhere. It’s an incredible experience to go to a country that actually just loves it. They just eat, sleep cricket. They were cheering both sides today, they were cheering whoever was playing better! It’s been great to come out here.”

For non-asian teams it is always a great experience to come to the Subcontinent and play cricket. Unlike the other parts of the world, cricketers here are rather popular and treated as big celebrities.

If some SC cricketers walks through a street in other nations, they won't be noticed. Completely different in the SC
