I would want to see Shahadat in place of Rafiq. I would like to see us field first if we win the toss. My batting line up will be:
Nafees
Tamim
Aftab
Mushfiq
Ashraful
Saqib
Bashar
Mashrafee
Razzak
Shahadat
Rasel

Same XI, different batting line-up.
SN
Tamim
Aftab
Ashraful/Sakib
Sakib/Ashraful
Bashar/Mushfiq
Mushfiq/Bashar
Rafique
Mashrafee
Razzak
Rasel

Bangladesh should not be complacent against Bermuda, we should be 100% professional and just do our job in the field. We have the golden opportunity to move to super-8s and we should not waste it.

Correct! We have to give our 100% (like the SL did against us). There is no scope of complacent.
I would prefer to see Rajiv in the squad instead of Russel. Against Bermuda, we need to kill them by sending them into bat after winning the toss.

Strategies against Bermuda
Here are things I like to see Bangladesh team doing in the match against Bermuda-
Keep your feet on the ground: I hope DW will make sure players are not growing wings at this point. I like to see them playing like real pro's in this match.
Bat first, if you win the toss: Pitches in Queen's Park Oval seem to have dried up considerably over last one week. Early morning juice in the wicket don't seem to be a big factor anymore. Pitches are more batting friendly now.
Bring in Shahadat: As I said, wickets are now more drier, harder, and bouncier- good condition for Shahadat to make opposition batsmen uncomfortable with short pitched deliveries.
Lastly, stay safe boys, I am worried about a retaliation from some crazy Indian fan or from the betting syndicate.

I don't care who plays and how they play as long as they accomplish the following as a team:
a) If bangladesh bats first, make sure they score 250+.
b) If bangladesh fields first, amke sure they restrict opponent 180 or less.

I would bat first to be honest...Its a pressure match...Pressure in the sense that we would know that winning that match would be the greatest achievement in the history of our cricket.....Dont wanna chase anything under that sort of pressure....Im confident even if we score 210 batting first..we will still comfortably beat Bermuda Insh'Allah..

Actually I would say drop Rasel put Shahadat in..and play rafique..cause his stump to stump bowling would favour us..and the rest of the team stays same. I hope they dont put JO in place of SN.

No way Rafiq should be rested. Will see that in super 8. If Shahadat needs to be included (which personally I believe he should), let it be on cost of Russel. Regarding SN, trust we don't have such a short memory to forget his fresh ton against Bermuda.

I hope Bangladesh side does not collapse taking too much pressure while going into the match.. We have never gone to second round of WC, so the players might be a bit nervous and not play their natural game.

No, Keep Rasel, he is way more effective than Shahadat against Minnows. They have no clue of his swing.
Win toss and bowl first. West indians wicket always have life in the morning hour.
No risk, we have sufficient fire power to overcome Bermuda.

Great work Ruja.
After seeing all that, if BD still lose the game against Bermuda, I have to say that we don't deserve to be in super 8. We MUST smash out Bermuda.

I am tempted to bring Shahadat in for a game. I say rest Aftab. If our batsmen don't get it done w/o him, we don't deserve Super 8. That way we give him another chance before the Super 8 and Aftab rests his back. That would be the only change I'd make.

Two things to guard against -- 1) overconfidence, and 2) (on the other side of the continuum) pressure. We should not take Bermuda lightly. And we should not become nervous that winning this game will put us through to the super 8's.
