I think Nasiruddin should be given a go instead of raqibul and although I think it's a good idea to have Nur in the A team, I feel Sohag deserves a go.

Hoping for a Shuvo 10-fer and some centuries from the top order. In particular Jahurul, Junaid and Hom.

I have followed last match from day 1. And I can tell you there are 4 batsmen who have done very poorly. I will list them in order.

1- Junaid was poor. (If you want to give him another chance then you are Jamie Siddons)

2- Hom is nowhere near his home: Give him another chance @ Number 4 or 5

3- Rok has very weak defence any bowler bowling him on his off and middle will get rewarded after few tries. He is Mr LBW or Bowled.

4- Jahirul : Played better than Rok, Junaid and Hom. He is the captain so he will stay.

That's hard to say....

The boundaries are longer than the one in Antigua, so don't expect a Russell-tornado hitting sixes and fours, becuase it he tries to play like he did at North Sound, he'll get caught in the deep.

I expect the pitch to assist pace early, and then assist spinners later. Runs may prove difficult to score at a brisk rate, so expect slow run-rates.

Let's see if my prediction is totally thrown out the window in the first couple of days!

Openers need run badly. We suffer there in our National team even A team as well.

st lucia pm calls for suspension of activites this weekend for mourning. hopefully the a team match is not played this weekend

By now most Saint Lucians are aware of the tragic event which occurred during the evening of November 10th, 2011. This involved a mini bus which went over a cliff and plunged into the sea at Morne Sion in the Quarter of Choiseul. This resulted in seventeen (17) confirmed death mainly from the community of Dugard in the Quarter of Micoud. Prime Minister Stephenson King visited the site of this unfortunate tragedy last evening and remained on site until 3:00 am this morning. The Cabinet of Ministers met in
Emergency session earlier today to discuss this major national tragedy and to determine Government’s response.

The following decisions were arrived at by the Cabinet of Ministers:

1. That the Friday 11th to Sunday13th, November 2011 be declared a Weekend of National
Mourning in order to pay respect to those who lost their lives in this unfortunate accident.

2. All flags on Government buildings and Business places must be flown at half mast during the entire weekend (over the three day period).

3. Sunday, November 13th, 2011 be declared a National Day of Remembrance. During that day there will be an Ecumenical Service held at the Desruisseux Roman Catholic Church from 5:00 pm.

4. That an official Message of Condolence will place on the Government of Saint Lucian website.

During this weekend all political and public social events will be suspended. Government calls on all patriotic Saint Lucians to observe fully the weekend of mourning as a mark of respect for the victims of this painful tragedy.

The Prime Minister, the Cabinet and the entire Government extends heartfelt condolences to the families, relatives and friends of all those who lost their lives as a result of this most tragic occurrence. This is indeed a dark day in our history.

The Government of Saint Lucia has began putting measures in place to support and to comfort the bereaved. The Ministry of Education has taken steps to make counseling services available to the students of the affected schools. Through the Division of Human Services, arrangements are also being made to make such services available to the affected households, families and communities.

You call 13/1 a strong start? Wow. You really need a reality check man. 13/1 is never a strong start no matter what format of cricket you are playing. You need to recheck your understanding of cricket, nothing personal.

And it seems, you need to recalibrate your sarcasm detector. I fear it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of sync.

Nothing personal, of course.

Apple should make an app for sarcasm detection, especially when its written in a forum. It is sooooooo easy to figure out. I guess Apple didn't create everything, especially when they have minds like you to work against. I mean, how could they make anything that someone like YOU can use. Nothing personal.
