even without Azhar, Pollard squad looks good. for BD players, there are plenty of options like, Aftab, Dhiman, Tanvir

Squad would look absolute deadly with Mahmud and Pollard. But i dont see either of them playing as Azhar's team Kent might feature the tournament and if not than he will play for Auckland who won the title. but if he plays than he strengthens both the batting and bowling.

for Pollard, he will play for Trinidad. MI might not make it but Trinidad most probably will. If he plays than he makes DG not only strong but one of the favs to win the title. Just imagine Afridi-Pollard-Mahmood combo...

And Naimul_Hd, unlikely. The top three at the end of group stages qualify directly with the 4th going to the qualifiers.Don't see KXIP qualifying. And yes, DG can field 5 foreigners I think. Assuming this, as IPL franchises field 4 and counties 1/2.

Pollard played for other teams in other T20 league too, Big Bash, WI T20 league, Friend Provident T20 league. Only way Pollard will play for Dhaka warrior is if none of his other teams qualify. Unless he is getting paid by DG way more in that case he might choose DG over other teams. How much did DG spend on Pollard?

we r getting too optemestic...first of all its not approved yet, there are no confirmation unless these different news from diff newspaper..even have given chance to play DG doesnt have any quality OS players..Pollard deffinetly not playing...and given the relationship with pakisthan board i dont think they will allow afridi and ajmal to play for DG.

So, if Pakistan can play Champions Trophy, why not Bangladesh? Though, its now a lame-duck sun setting tournament but I am baffled that BCB isnt raising any rokus on this issue when new entrant Pakistan is being allowed to play. Why would we act like a LCD country when we are also a test playing nation and (hypothetically) have the same right?
