Congrats Boys!

Pros:

1. Mushy is respected by all (including Shakib calls him bhai)
2. Mushy is stable in the team
3. His (Mushy) hard work ethics will inspire others

Cons:

1. He (Mushy) breaks down if he can't perform; which may effect teams performance
2. Mahmudullah in T20?
3. Since spot is taken by a off spinner, it will be hard for Nasir or Naeem to break into 11.

Silver Line:

1. He will look like a mascot being so tiny at the toss
2. Will speak good English to media

Congrats to Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah Riyad. Wish them the best of luck. Being the captain of a struggling test nation like Bangladesh will no doubt be tough but I believe he'll do a good job.

Congratulations to Mushy.Lets see how Mushy works for us.
I dont mind Riyad as VC but Riyad has some defensife mindset.He dont like to bat up.He need to learn to lead from the front.Even in yesterdays match he bated at #6 after Nadif and Shagir.In a practice match he dont have enough courage to bat up the order?

RIyad is now made a permanent member in the team. Hopefully he would transform this assurance into match winning performances. I am fed up to see his no pressure performances. Now it's time to contribute in winning some matches!!!

CI reports Mushfiqur Rahim named Bangladesh captain. Mahmudullah is chosen as the Vice Captain. We all were expecting Mushfiq's selection. Riyad's selection was not altogether unexpected. But, I feel that his place in the team should not be certain. Oh, well...

Hope you two bring leadership and result for BD cricket and lead the team from front.

Also hope that BCB stick with them for a while and let them learn and grow. Its not going to be easy for them, they need BCB's backing for them to become successful leaders.

some posts seems like they are questioning of Musfiq's captaincy mentality and credibility, if someone without captaincy experience could do a great job of captaincy then how on earth someone with vast experience of captaincy can be doubtful, just how amazing peoples thought ! Mushfique doesn't need to feel anyone's shoe he had already his own, when some got their shoe after him !!
