Not a good move, i think. First 30 mins will always be tough and hard to bat. Gayle & Shezad both struggled yesterday.

Rajshahi players don't look like motivated enough. Raj should have opted for foreign coach, pilot is not capable of communicating with foreign players and bringing the game out of them.
