I don't understand why you would have Zia and Milon in same team.

What is Aftab Ahmed doing here? I bet even he was surprised at his selection.

I so want Aftab Ahmed to make a come-back, he posses some similarities in terms of skills to Ash but being more inconsistent at the same time.

If they get themselves fit both physically and mentally they could yet mount a comeback. Simply there is just too much talent there to be wasted like that.

But, I tell you what, Naeem..."Chokka" Naeem will set this tourney with fire. This is a playa all aspiring BD batters should study. The way he gets behind the line of each delivery and times the cover off the ball is legendary. He isnt afraid of taking a blow or two on his body for the team. Always plays according to the match situation. Don`t believe me?...Check out this heroics: (listen to Ata carefully)

I really lost all hopes on both of them, especially Aftab. Regardless of how talented you are, if you don't put in the work, your not going to succeed. Recently I saw on DailyStar on how the likes of Alok, Aftab, SN, elder Iqbal and Junaid have lots of work to do on their fitness before they're considered again.

Say what you want about Naeem, he might not be as "gifted" as Alok and Aftab but the man puts in a lot of hard work in his batting and has improved a lot on his consistency. There's a reason why he is on his way up in the national team while the other 2 are lucky to even make their domestic sides.

Liton Kumar Das
Saikat Ali
Shakib Al Hasan (c)

Green (Tamim's side) seems to be the weakest.

BCB have tried their best to make the four teams even. It is also hard to put one team much ahead than the other. But so far my view about the teams are-

Blue- Their opening batters are inexperienced and lacks competitiveness than the others.. middle order is good and strong. bowling department is pace oriented and with gazi not in form and shakib not having practice will also face challenge in bowling dept.

Green- Their opening is good and competitive with the others.. But lack experience in middle order but their bowling attack is also good with mixture of pace and spin.

Red- Their opening is also not experienced but their middle and lower middle have both experience and hitting power. But lacks seriously in the bowling specially in pace.

Yellow- Their opening and upper middle order are both experienced or are in form at the moment. Bowling part also looks competitive with the others.

so far in pen and paper acc. to me Yellow>Red>Green>Blue

I would support Abahani too... but looking at the team composition, its pretty clear that Abahani will feature Yellow. Just waiting for official confirmation, I guess i could open the official Yellow thread

Where the heck is Uttam Sarkar and that other kid that debuted for BD after 1 good domestic season. Everyone was hyping him up big time. He was part of the development squad, he even went to Australia couple years ago. I can't think of his name right now. I know Sohel bhai was a huge fan of him.

You mean Shuvagato Hom? That guy has really lost himself in the wilderness due to his super inconsistency which even puts Sir Ash to shame.
