while they are in break..we could serve
them "bhuna kichuri"
they will llike it and will also play
"glorious" with "great timing" without
any footwork(takes a hell lota time to move feet in right position) and
then come back to pavilion for a
nap and enjoy the rainy day .

It has been a very wet west indies this time around. I wonder why they arrange matches in this time of the year when rain is always on the card!
Not to mention the lost revenues from this.

rain has been with us since the Zim tour. If this doesn't let up, expect a rain affected test series as well. very dissapointing. all these months of waiting for nothing...

Hey, anybody read Prothom Alo's report on Greenidge today? It was great to read something about him, though he didn't give his opinion on Bangladesh, which I wanted to know the most.

latest update:
Outfield is still dump and wet to certain areas, but groundsmen are working hard to make the field playable. The commentrators are hopeful about the play being start anytime from now. Umpires and officials are on the field, walking around and inspecting.

Play must start by 1:40pm local time to have the minimum 25 overs match. Any further downpour might cause the match to be called off.

umpire david shepard said that there will be another inspection at 1pm local time and that will be the cut off point. there was no rain last 6 hrs but because of crapy field drainage system, the water still there.

do you expect a magic vacuum to appear and suck up all the water? the ground staff are trying their best.

Anyways, if there's no rain from now, the toss will begin 1:10 and match will start 1:40.

25 over match should suit us. we should just wack the ball...ashraful and rafique should both come in no later than #s 5 or 6...in fact they should be 3 and 4. we should score as many runs as possible.
are the grenada pitches batting-friendly?

EngWIndian, we have the same drainage problem at the national stadium in Dhaka, don't feel bad. Now, how about a helicopter, just like they did during the England ODI series?

"do you expect a magic vacuum to appear and suck up all the water? the ground staff are trying their best. "

Those were not my words. The radio commentators were saying that.
