Law 37 of the rules of cricket sanctions a strict penalty for the fielding team if a fielder is found by the umpire to deliberately obstruct a batsman while attempting a run. Nice. But law of the game says lot of things. If something should've been done, it should've then. Too late now. It will only spoil all the great things we've achieved in last couple of weeks.

Then why didn't do it ON THE MATCH DAY ITSELF? Why unnecessarily now?!

I think there is some politics behind it, Zaka, Kamal, PCB tour on, PCB tour off, Kamal says yes, Kamal gets scared, threatening to take out Pakistan players of BD Leauges....now this is Kamal's stupid play. Which I believe has gone too far.

I am not on Facebook anymore, so I can't comment but can someone comment on the Cricinfo thread as a Bangladesh fan and say that we apologise to the international audience for such a poorly thought through decision from our Board and that we hope that such an appeal is not actually sent. We don't wish to mar the amicable relations we've built with other countries lately.

Yeah. If Cheema is found guilty, then I hope he and/or Misbah is penalized, but it's too late to reverse the outcome of the game and I hope they don't do so because it's pointless really. Short of watching the umpire have a chat with Cheema, I don't remember that delivery much. Could very well have been accidental, who knows.

As for the Mashrafe/Afridi incident, it didn't look intentional.

Match referee didn't say anything did he? Even if we get the Asia cup now what will it prove? Khamakha. I'm sure BCB is doing it just to get back at PCB. Childish.

WTF at first i thought BCB was complaining against Umpire's role in that decision .And i thought it was ok bcoz i am so pissed off with bad umpiring against us . But now it seemed to be BCB is appealing to reverse the result !!!!!!

Please dont do it BCB for god's sake . I was proud reading every comment by the Pakistanis when they were saying we were the real winner . I will feel insulted 10 times more when the same pakistanis will say we are big losers .
