Ash is too old. Beside he needs to shine in BPL before he can be brought back to t20 national squad.

So even if Ariful makes more runs and fields poorly as Mushfiqur he can be dropped but the other cannot. People really need to see each format differently and cut their biases for seniors.
We are lacking finisher, if even top order reaches ~140 lower order fails to add another 40 on top of it utilizing PP. If top order fails, lower order becomes sloth to ensure a "Shommankonok total" leading to "Shommanjonok Porajoy". As long as we do not produce stable players for handling 6/7 position we need to look into previously sufficiently gutsy individuals. We tried with Ziaur and failed miserably.
But they need to understand in T20 there is no Shommanjonok Porajoy, like in Carrom you lose by Nil or at 28, still you lost.

Dullah has done well in t20s. But someone show me when the last time he set a total after a good start but lost too many wickets within 8overs. Dullah only does well when it's settled up for him and it's clear for to know what to do. Look back at his innings Asia cup t20, Nidahas, Windies away tour. More reason why he should bat as late as possible. Maybe 7/8. Finishing role suits him better, In this first t20 dullah coming at the time Saifuddin came in that situation, would've done better, trust me. Knowing what's require of him and him being the last hope. He needs clear picture ahead of him. But To set total, batting too early in the match is too much for his game...

unlikely as they have Karthik as their keeper. Usually no one wants to waste a foreign spot on a keeper batsman role when they already have one. And as good as Mushy has been, I dont think he is IPL level yet. But if it happens it will be good on Mushy.

^I hope he does, but his average against WIndies is alarmingly drop-level poor. Lot depends in next 2 matches although if I could I would not play him.

If mushy does get IPL. More than deserved. Who says he isn't IPL level like Dan Christian is lol. There's been many under deserving players picked up and IPL wickets are mostly flat, mushy will do well, highly experienced player, international ODI class player, has excellent game awareness, has done brilliant in t20s since 2014 world t20.
I hope Liton, Sabbir, get selected too as it will help their game lot more, playing in a big league.

IPL ???? Even he has hard times (now a days) to get into BPL, IPL is a pipe dream.
Yes he is good in BD standard, but not as good as some of his fans thinks.
Also he has some baggage, that is exposed to the world.
He is highly emotional player to the point that he need to be pampered (which BCB is doing for a while) to be under control, otherwise he will explode and cry and make a scene.
Is he talented? Of-course he is....but he also have baggage.

Insecure Feequr is a nutcase. It has gotten so bad that other teams look at him as a special case to be treated with kid gloves. And like a true coward, he of course stops the chirping when we get creamed, like what happened today. I actually think the other teams are too noble, I would advise them to get inside Feequr's head and exploit his weaknesses.

This guy serious? LMFAO ... Mushy somewhat can be argued about, still highly unlikely, but then you follow it up with liton and Sabbir. Do you think that IPL is a 3rd class tournament like BPL?

Don’t think IPL will pick anyone from our team. It doesn’t really matter and I am not bothered.

BD players playing in BPL makes me cringe enough, no need IPL.

No Indian team would employ Mushfiqur who clearly hates the Indian team no matter how good he is.

Loss is not a big deal. Bangladesh went ultra aggressive. the approach was wrong, as soon as we fix our approach, insha Allah we will win again. only one change for me next match:
Mehedi Hasan Miraz out -> "Snakeman" Nazmul Islam Opu in

I don’t want to see Ariful in the team. Mehedy’s inability to bowl even line and length is exposed in t20, perhaps give the new kid Nayeem a chance?

we need to remember that we also lost the 1st T20 in windies this year by big margin but went on to win the series by 2-1

Raises the question, has our batting become dependent to Mirpur type pitches?

Great victory, could not watch our bowling past the 8th over.
But I would just like to thank all the fans for keeping this team honest. Troll them mercilessly when they do bad, and praise them when they do good. Because let me tell you, if they sense one drop of complacency from you guys, they will take it easy.
