Keep Shakib out of this, he is exceptional. But then, these are the top performer of the team (compared with ash). I don't see any difference so huge that we need to get rid of ash and not anyone else (keep in mind, I'm comparing him with the top performers of the team not the bottom ones). Then keep in mind what he can do when his days come. For this one reason alone he is worth keeping, but if you just keep your expectations realistic about him, you don't have to worry about him.
