Probably, it's too late, but I reply to some of the questions posed in this thread:
Q. Who is webcasting the IND-BD match live?
A. Here is the URL:
http://www.sgstream.com
Q. Is it free?
A. No, US$3 per day. Accepts PayPal only.
Q. What's the link for IND-BD webcast?
A. It's weird that the site doesn't list ongoing events (webcast). You have to know the event name to search and find the link for it. For IND-BD it is "dhaka". The complete link is
http://www.sgstream.com/StreamSrv/pa....asp?pid=dhaka. The event ID is same for each day.
Q. When does the site start the webcasting?
A. Couldn't confirm, because I joined on both days while the match was already in progress. Some of the previous posts suggest that the it becomes shortly before the match starts.
Q. Is it available only in certain geographic locations?
A. Don't know. It's accessible at least in north america. I am watching it from Atlanta, GA, USA.
Q. Does it require broadband connection?
A. Not sure, but without broadband you wouldn't enjoy, that I can tell. You will need a connection faster than 280 Kbps to get good streaming, or need to tweak (which I don't know how) the setting a bit to avoid sluggish video.
Q. How is the quality of the video-audio?
A. I have no complaints. If you notice any performance issues, you may try upgrading your windows media player.
You can join #BanglaCricket in IRC to see if other users were having problems (and how they have fixed them). Here are some of the cricket IRC servers:
Durham-r.NC.US.StarLink.Org
us.starlink.org
Durham-1.NC.US.StarLink.Org
crete.ee.duke.edu
If you have trouble connecting to these servers through you IRC client, here is an easy way:

Good luck!
