Anything is a good idea. Playing 1 pacer is also a briliant idea on a slow low pitch. Let's hope the additional spinner won't go for more than 50 runs in 10 overs.

Thinking outside the box would be have a back-up, something other than spin-spin and more spin. There is no point in over doing it. And there is no meaning in keeping your best seam bowler off the field.
Now what you do if that extra spinner is giving away runs?

You forget. We never had Ian Pont back then. Now we do.
Rubel is the weak link between the 3 pacers. Going with only him will backfire.
Talk to me after the game about playing with 1 pacer.. I seriously cannot agree with this. Must be the Board's matobbori..
