Ireland have been my 2nd favourite team even before the tournament started. I have been following their cricket since their first ODI, which was against England where they scored 263 batting 2nd.

Ireland have also beaten West Indies and Bangladesh few years back. Unfortunatly those were not ODIs and both West Indies and Bangladesh were fielding their full team at that time

IRELAND is a good team, some of their players play in small clubs of English county.But still a long way to go...i m very happy with IRELANDS advancements

We have played so many games against Zimbabwe that we have an emotional attachment with them. We want them to win and once they have won, we want to beat them and get the credit

Having said that, Ireland played brilliantly and I also support them in their world cup endevours. They should be patronised and played against, so that they too have a chance of becoming an ODI team in the future.
