I wonder! Are you guys hoping that Ash picks up an injury, I am trying to read between the lines in the posts. Now. I am sure that many members here will be more than happy if he is injured and not playing. Seeing that a few of the good players are injured or getting injured, it is essential that Jamie has a contingent of good players in the squad. It is his job to make sure that he picks 15 or 16 players and train them properly, bowlers and batsmen. Fielding is a problem, maybe, BCB should follow the route of Sl and India and hire a bowling consultant who was also a baseball fielding coach

In Bangladesh, "conflict of interest" does not mean a thing, yet. Being a club official should automatically disqualify a person from serving in BCB. In fact, a club official should not be allowed to be in BCB for at least 5 years after (s)he cuts off his club affiliations.

That is not gonna happen. These officials are primarily nominated by the clubs (probably). At least what they can do is like after getting in the BCB they should resign as club official. Just what our political leaders also should do. Head of the government should not be the head of the ruling party.

The norm is people who are in power what ever sector it might be they want to keep absolute power at any means.
