I thought the capital was called Djibuti City?
Anyway - corollary question - what was the name of Djibouti before it got independent. Bonus points - what did the name(s) signify?

Name the US state that sounds similar to a certain non-parametric statistical test.

And roughly how many of the United States have a land area bigger than that of Bangladesh?
(Not expecting an exact number, coz for that you've to go and check the list... just give a range from your idea and see if it matches)

I've always thought the name Kuwait City is a case of bastardization and that there is no "City" suffix in the original name of the city.

In Bhugol contest; Why All your Bonus points are on history/sports questions?? Shouldn't the bonus be on additional info on bhugol.

Shout out to Zeeshan: Thanks for keeping us entertained with a Hit Thread during the times of No Cricket.
I recently went to Washington DC Alhamdulillah! it was a six/seven hour road trip...we played a very fun game:
we start out with the letter A and we name a place that exists on the Global map(Country, river, city)
so it goes like Astoria, and then the next person picks up the last letter of the previous word and names another place... and then the next person goes Albany and then the next person goes Yugoslavia... and so on...fun game you are given a time limit and if you can't come up with a place then you are out of the game and the other rule is you can't name a place that was already repeated previously).
