If you closely follow their attitude and body language in the field....anyone can find this....compare to previous generation......they just somehow want to play for 2/3 years at least in team and have some good money in the pocket.......they are not aiming high......not aiming for the team......not aiming for displaying or playing quality cricket.

Siddon is not worth for 17000usd per month.Really he can be good assistance coach for any international side but main coach I really doubt.Team management don't say anything about them,they are all BCb's chamcha.They don't know what the follow on score when opposition score less than 300
