No rotation doesn't mean the bowler has settled, in test cricket. It means he isn't getting wicket and batsman playing the time out...that frustrates the bowler....l no need to look at the runs for the batsman at all....we need to make the winning difficult and force. Draw....winning is out of the equation....
And a batsman can always score, when the bowling will be forced to try different things for a wicket and make error....
