hmm, i kinda agree with u. most of these player's diets are poor since they eat bhat, mangsho all the time along with biryani, korma. Stuart broad along with many English players has a strict personalized diet and workout regime which he has to follow it even when not on tour with England, our players need to become more professional like that. Bangali food is oily as it is and our "chinese"food is among the worst in the world. Hopefully they don't eat that stuff regularly.

I have to visit Ashrafuls restaurant someday...

BC get-together in Ashraful's restaurant and then Talking about Ashraful's batting while eating his food right in front of him...That would be an interesting sight to behold

Eating such food is almost inevitable - especially if you're well known and have a lot of functions, weddings etc to attend. To be fair, I think most of them go to the gym regularly and so haven't gained all that much weight but it's still bad for your heart and I think it makes you look prematurely old. It's delicious food, I know, but you do have to sacrifice somethings to have a career as an athlete. (As Samit Patel of England is quickly discovering)

Why don't you find it to be interesting? I think it'll be a real challenge for the boys as they'll be facing 3 teams that are very good against spin and have some great spinners themselves. Should be great to watch (if it doesn't simply turn into a bloodbath)
