ANil Kumble is one of the most hard working underrated cricketers in world cricket!! if India has a chance in this series it will be becoz of him and his bowling

he will be a very good captain. being a bowler he understands when to bowl or when to rest someone. after a long time india is using a bowler as captain and rightfully so.

there are a lot of great leggies so not sure if he's the 2nd best, there's warne, richie benaud, bill o'reilly, clarrie grimmett and they're just the aussie great leggies that i know of, i'm sure other countries have plenty of quality leggies as well. might be the 2nd highest wicket taking test leggy though..... definately a great bowler though.

His disciplned craft is only matched by his aggressive intelligence and tenacity. A class act both on and off the field. My favorite Indian cricketer of all-time, and that includes Sunny, Vishy, MAmarnath, Lax, Azhar, Dada, Tendy, Yuvi, Irfan, and Chawla. He IS the Professor ...

Just in a mood to praise sincerely.
