haven't seen the video footage of this match so cant comment based on how they got out,but looking at two int recognized fast bowler who didn't took a wicket may be zim guys showed respect and played out this guys and got out vs coopeland and marsh(not saying they are any less good bowler)..so if they can play out hilfenhouse and siddle they can play out our guys with ease

I have a feeling they'll try play out the faster guys (Rubel and Shafiul) and will try to go after our spinners and Nazmul/Robiul...

Elton Chigambura is well according to the stats. 75 of 87 is very good...

Good to see SN, Ash and Riyad are back in form. Hope they continue this. Add Shakib & Tamim along with even a defensive IK & Mushy will make us a very good batting side.

Concern with bowling is 3rd Pacer ... Shahadat would be very useful in absence of Mash ... We will miss one pace bowler in Tests. That will be the weakest link.

not sure abt Ash

fortunately Zim are weak against spin,so Sak-Ryad-Razzaq(?) will do the damage.

ঢাকা, জুলাই ১৮ (বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকম) - বৃষ্টিতে পণ্ড হয়ে গেছে জাতীয় দল ও জিপি-বিসিবি একাডেমি দলের প্রস্তুতি ম্যাচের দ্বিতীয় ও শেষ দিন।

জয়ের জন্য ৩৮৯ রানের লক্ষ্য নিয়ে ব্যাট করতে নেমে একাডেমি দল ৯ ওভারে ১ উইকেটে ৩৩ রান করার পর বৃষ্টি নামে। ওই বৃষ্টির পর মাঠ আর খেলা চালানোর উপযোগী না থাকায় কয়েক দফা পর্যবেক্ষণের পর দিনের খেলা পরিত্যক্ত ঘোষণা করা হয়।

জাতীয় দলের পক্ষে রবিউল একমাত্র উইকেট নেন।

বৃষ্টির কারণে খেলা পরিত্যক্ত হওয়ায় নেটে ব্যাটিং অনুশীলন করেন জাতীয় দলের ব্যাটসম্যানরা। পরে দুপুর তিনটায় নতুন প্রধান কোচ স্টুয়ার্ট ল ও ফিল্ডিং কোচ জেসন সুইফটের সঙ্গে পরিচয়পর্বও মাঠেই সেরে নেন তারা।

Very sad. Rain washed out the whole day. Academy scored 33/1 in 9 overs before the rain started.

Well Zimbabwe is messing up as well. For some reason they're resting Taibu, Taylor, Price, Mpofu, and Coventry. They haven't played a test and their all getting a rest. I know some are injured but they wouldve been better off playing their full team.
