There is a forum decorum you have to maintain . Not all "forget cricket" topics are suitable for the site .

I bet all his patients' children from his clinics are his babies. Now that's a lot of babies that will call this guy, 'Abbu, taka dau, chocolate khabu!"

There was an X-file and a Law & Order episodes about a fertility doctors doing this business.

Ohh, I also knew a Peer/Fakir Tabiz-wala in Dewangonj, Bangladesh and he was giving Pani-pora to many women who were having hard time conceiving. And then DMP found out that when the ladies started to have babies, they were actually the bhondo boodmais Huzur's! HE is in Hazot/Dhaka Central prison currently serving 12 years and exchanging pora-panis with other hazotis (his cell-mates)! Ai hai hai re! Aam-o gelo---chhala-o gelO!
