Sahara Investment in BD

Looks like Sahara is interested for a huge investment in Bangladesh. If everything goes through, this will be the largest foreign investment in Bangladesh. Roy's 3 days visit has been very high profile where he met PM and other elite businessmen. The media also heavily covered his trip. He unveiled the logo for their new Bangladeshi company called "Sahara Matribhumi".

But looks like, they will create more than towns. They already showed interest ranging from sponsoring cricket team to other social services. Roy is also evoking personal emotions reminding everyone of his ancestral roots in Bikrampur.

tell me a country where politicians don't take money under the table from businessmen ? And for a big project like this one, its quite obvious that our politicians will leave no chances left to get some money in their pocket. To be frank, i don't mind politicians getting under the table money. Only thing i care for is that, whether they keep their words and successfully implement the project. After all, that's where we, the general people will be benefited.

My only fear is that, due to our politicians endless money sucking habit, this project does not remain unfinished and undone half way through like all other big projects in our country.
