We won before the match began because we lacked firepower to win on such wickets
We need batsman who can clear the boundaries at will.

Eng have scored 330+ twice against SA, that tells u how good there batters in their own conditions are.

Mustafiz and rubel should've start from the go instead of mash and sakib.... needed wickets , lots of wickets from the start, england has big batting order... 1 or 2 or 3 wickets won't damage nothing ... and it didn't .... really feeling sad now ...

Bd's game tactics I hate it .... also 330 was on the card if sakib or Riad could've hit it at last ... England too strong for 305... hope they beats Australia and newzeland and we do the same ...

Morgan transformed himself to such a consistent batsman.

I want newzeland to win against Australia....the way it will be knockout pressure for Australia... win through, lost out .....without pressure, Australia will eat us live as well...and do have to win their all 3 matches to keep interest for the rest.... with this squad, I think they will ...
But don't understand, moeen and roots can take a purchase from the wicket , but sakib failed to do and mosaddek on a bowling point of view ?
Eng played with 10 man because woakes injury... but still after 40 overs ... we failed again.

We lost because we had 4 bowlers, we lost at the toss when we didn't include Mehedi

Shakib bowled in first 10 then towards the end, where aim isn't to turn it

They don't bowl well with new ball

Fact is mash did take a wicket and shakib nearly had Hales

Problem was evidently no 5th bowler

- FIrst 10 Overs Batting was awful, Can't excuse Tamim even if he made it up at the end. Left too many Runs on the Board, especially on such a docile pitch.
- Last 10 Overs Batting - it wasnt awful we were about 20 runs short
- The No Catch could have made things interesting.
- 5th Bowler hurt us, Mossadek bowling pies

Well, we didn't win the game, but it wasn't too bad. Time to move on to the next game. I haven't watch Eng for a while, they have some quality batsmen. Joe Root is really good. CT looks like a batsman's game. Tamim and Mushfiq scored runs, and it's time for other batsmen to join the party.

Tamim and Mushfuq gave their wickets away too closely. Shakib is out of form, and Riyad should have scored some boundaries with a vast experience he has. Riyad is such a useless player. He should only play T20s from now on, and my opinion about him will not change even if he scores back-to-back centuries (with flying kisses) in the next 2 games. And as usual, he remained not out. I don't know what to call him (a selfish player or an incompetent finisher who is reluctant to play in the top-order.) Mehedi should replace him in the next match.

Yeah, basically we will have to out-bat all our opponents in CT which is easier said than done.

Tamim batting for almost 150 deliveries and still having a sr of barely 90 is criminal in this day and age!

I think we really need to amp up our home pitches to match those of abroad. These slow turning pitches don't do jacks..

We need to repeatedly score 350 at home and get comfortable doing so.

Some minor points:

I think Mash is losing his venom. And I mean no disrespect.
Also, what's up persisting with dibbly dobbly Soumya for two overs? In high stake game you can't just mess around. Milliseconds shavings will cost you.

And bracing for a Tamim demerit points. LOL

Good news: We can finally consistently put up 300+ scores batting first in ODIS.

Bad news: The par-score for a competitive ODI game is now 350.

His job was seeing off the new ball and play till 50 th over. If he does everything alone then what will the others do?

We've to accept the reality. We lack real muscle power at the death overs. Players like mosa or Shakib aren't good enough to do the job.

Have u guys watched mash's fielding today. It was Simply pathetic.

Even his captaincy has become pretty mediocre these days.
