Bad cricket bowling habit
Wasn't sure where to post this thread so if mods want to move it, please do. Ok so back on the topic. I have a bad habit of bending my ebow when I bowl. Since I also play baseball, I think this is where I got this habit. So is there any drills to help fix this problem? Also in Cricket, are you really not allowed to bend your elbow at all? I find it hard to believe that people like Shoaib Akhtar could bowl 100 MPH without bending his elbow at all. When I bend it a little, I am comfortably in the high 70's MPH.
