Why does Ash get chances after chances while not delivering any return ????? Whats the secret behind it ???

ok..i understand tht, once upon a time, when we didnt have enough attacking batsmen and talented (!) batsmen then Ash came as a blessing. That time, we needed a match winner who would give us some hope to win few matches and Ash promised that. But needless to say that, Ash did very little to justify our hope, believe and love towards him. and now, when we have got few more quality batsmen like Tamim, Shakib, Raqibul, match winners like Tamim, Shakib, Razzaq then what is the point of retaining ASH and giving him chances after chances only to score one 50 in 10 matches ???? more importantly, he bats at crucial number 3 and he is repeatedly failing.

Is there no other batsman like Raqibul in the pipeline forget about Tamim, and Shakib ??? If we really dnt have a batsman who will have a batting avg of around 30 then how long do we need to have a place for Ash ??? and guys, dnt compare Junaid, Nayeem with Ash. Ash has played 150 ODI and his avg is only 23s. I am more than sure that if Junaid and Nayeem plays 150 ODIs, they will have better avg compare to Ash's.

MESSAGE TO ASH >>> how much do you respect yourself ??????? if you cannot concentrate, playing for the team, country.. do it for yourself, its seems all the bowlers you face always works you out instead you working the bowler out/ would i be wrong to say that cricket is one against one when come to bat and bowl. recently if it wasnt for the team mate you have,,,,you dont stand a chance of making the team list, talk about your weaknesses and this might help you concentrate when facing the next bowler. we all want you to do well for your self for the team/country and especially for fan at abroad and home...............GO and GET ...EM

Then it have to be in non traditional format.

Or is it SSC that he failed?

Ashraful can be our Afridi. The man already averages more than Afridi and has just played half the number of games the latter has. Heck even his bowling average is better.

But then he will have to swap batting positions with Rahim.

Batting:
Player ODI Innings Runs Average SR
Afridi 285 267 5755 23.11 110.71
Ashraful 151 144 3135 23.93 71.77

Bowling:
Player ODI Innings Wkts Ave Econ SR
Afridi 285 261 264 34.69 4.61 45.0
Ashraful 151 30 15 31.86 5.75 33.2

Batting: Similar average but less explosive SR. Keep in mind, looks like Afridi now a days batting more sensibly and getting some runs.

Bowling: Insoufficicant data for Ashraful to make a call. He need to bowl more often more consitently before making a judgement. Afridi is one of their main ODI weapon (bowling). Ashraful rearly bowls more than 3 overs by ODI, even when he bowls.Plus Ash's Econ Rate is too high to let him bowl 10 overs per innings.

But ... yes... if he perform more with the ball, Ashraful has a chance to be our Afridi Junior. Without "Boom Boom" of course, because he lacks Afridi's power and SR.

So may be he can be our Poor man's "Chuck Boom Chuck Boom" Afridi.

বিয়া-শাদী মানে end of future. যখন পাবলিক আর কোন future চোখে দেখে না তখন ঐ দিকে যায়।

Exactly. Life may not remain as good as before.

Here is few examples I saw in the net...

Before: "My darling, my lover, by beautiful future wife"
After: "Marrying you has screwed up my life"

Before: "Kind, intellegent, loving and hot"
After: "This describe everything you are not"

Before: "I see your face when I am dreaming"
After: "That's why I always wake up screaming"

he's said before that entertaining the crowd is very much in his head when he's out in the middle, and i think we even had a discussion on it.
