Just to clarify, the one with the watch is Hasibul...who happens to be taller than MAsh...although their abilities are worlds apart. The smaller one is obviously Ashraful...who I can assure u from first person view is no more than 5'4.

Below players height are correct. If any one thinks i m wrong, 1st go and stand next to them and then tell me if i m wrong as i m 100% sure about the height of these below

Mashrafe - 6'1"
Shahadat - 6'3"
Rasel, Riyad - 5'11"
Tamim, Shakib, Razzak, Dhiman, Nafees - 5'10"
Ashraful - 5'3"
Zunaed - 6'1"

You know what guys, if you want their EXACT heights, I can get it for you. But, what's in it for me?

Those who think most of our current players are about 5'7, need to get closer to the Tv or get a bigger one. Heck, just go to one of the games and walk up to them[/I][/I]. You'll be pleasently surprised. By the way, this rule does not apply to Ash and Mushi (Sumon and Aftab from ICL).

Who said that? All I said was that anything above 5'7" is above average for a bangladeshi, in which case our team is quite tall...

Junaid's pretty tall too. He's one of the top 3 in the team in terms of height, along with Mashrafe and Shahadat. If Tamim is around 5'10", then Junaid would be at least 6 feet.

All this talk of height is irrelevant, surely ability is more important!?

This is just classic Bengali obssesson, like wanting to know how much money someone earns or how mch jewellery was given to a bride! I say we start a revolution, BC memebers, post your own height here! Show our players we love them regardlessof height.

I'll start things off, I'm 5'5" (though to my mum I am 6 foot)...

I say that is a pretty bad idea. Imagine how every shout for LBW from the opposition would end up as a misery for our team!

lol he is quite tall but not more than 6feet...he is below 6feet and rajib is far taller than talha

looks mostly correct.

though i think raj is about 6-0, rasel 5-11 or 6-0, junaid 6-1 or even 6-2 (he's almost as tall as rajib and seems taller than masri). riyad is prolly 5-10 or so, the rest look ok though tamim and sakib may be an inch shorter at 5-9.

So, "BD Doesn't have Tall Players" is just a Myth.

That's not so bad ? Given the fact that Ash is just 5-2. If you leave him, the avg is almost 6-0. Myth Busted.
