Match Thread: England vs Sri Lanka
So, this should be a cakewalk for SL, but I'm hoping Eng will put up a fight and turn it into a game worth watching. If they get thrashed badly, I fear they will come down harder on us. I think an overconfident England is better for our prospect of upsetting them.

Great. In all likelihood, we will have West Indies and England coming down hard on us.

England's fast bowlers look threatening. We need to bowl first against them.

Yeah. Anderson is bowling pretty well, although it could be due to the pitch.

England will be crushed and deflated cause they can't hope to move on to the semis anymore. i don't care if they are pumped or not, if they come heavy or as a slouch, this is a WC game. If you can't perform you can't show any excuse. Give the credit to the opponents deserve.
3 game winning streak here we come.

England can win if Michael, Kevin, Colly scores 50s and 100s.

Yes, you are. I'm an SL fan too. If Bangladesh can't get the Cup, I want SL to get it.

Sri Lanka 92/2 (23.0 ov)
Looks almost same as BD score against NZ.

You are right. That was exactly what I was thinking. Our players should actually see this game and see how to bat and maybe realize that not always big and fancy shots need to be played to win a game.

That's the DIFFERENCE....b.t SL(worldclass) and We BD(thirdclass)
we will go into collapse and they will build an fighting total.
We are indeed far behind from these top class teams.
