Thats why u can say u hav 108k rating. but actually without ur old players u will be around 90-92k. So u r far behind than summit ranger, who has 120K+ rating with young players. And about bangladesh team, I can say they don't hav enough good players. They dont hav skilled players for diffrent kind of pitches. So sometime with higher rating they are loosing matches. Most of the BC users pull non bangladeshi. So how come u guys think that bangladesh will play better than other countries. I always pull bd player, even most of the times I get crap though.
Don't worry, my oldies will beat your team any given day. And by next season I plan on getting another bunch of oldies.

Man some of you guys getting really agressive over there Rommell we shouldn't get over confident and say we gona make sure change happens etc.
Because then "they" will make sure none of us get in!
We have the right to be dissapointed and express ourselfs, but saying that will motivate them to make sure one of their kind gets in again. It would be ok if we had a person who we choose and all of us were behind him 100% (i mean everyone) of us from BC. then saying things like that would've been ok because we have the full BC board behind us to vote.
But am sure you have seen what happend everytime we discussed about who from here gona run for U-19 election, ppl got divided instantly, not him, pick him, no he should run, no him etc.
we here on BC have a bigger problem we can't agree on who should run. so the reality is unless we fix this problem not everyone in BC will vote, so we really need some of those guys votes in election aswel.
If we can sort that then we can go and be arrogant etc over there because we know for certainty that everyone from BC will vote and we will out number them in voting.

Some of the comments by BC ppl on that thread are really stupid. You guys are acting as if you want to change everything and that you will make sure it happens. How? WHO other than bc ppl will vote for u. A average Bangladeshi player WILL NOT vote for anyone here since none of us are any good.

Akib that's not right... am sure evryone on BC want's someone from BC to run apart from them. Its just that we can't seem to agree on who it is. Once we can agree on that and give all our full backing then there is no problem. What would you prefer akib?
someone from here or over there to be Bangladesh manager?
am sure you want one of us aswell.
And it really doesn't matter if we are good or not. I for one joined FTP to be bangladesh manager oneday, thats me.
And rankings aint everything, it depends on the players you have, eg. if someone were to be the BD manager he will choose the best in the country all the best ratings player.
BD ratings will go high.
You can't judge ppl by team rankings. We have started late thats why its taking us long to save up and by higher ratings players to improve our ratings.
it's all about the approach and tactics. and am sure there are loads of BC players who have a higher knowledge of tactics then them, for instance you have aswell akib. and another thing BC what is it? its a cricket forum 24/7 we live, eat, drink cricket. so on that alone we are true cricket fanatics.

@gunda

All I'm saying is, sure most of da BC ppl will vote for a BC player, but we have little proof that any of us can run the national team. Most of us here are new, so we dunno how we'd build a young team and make it good. Most of da better teams here have older players holding them up. How many here have developed their youth into a formidable team (like what ure doing, except ure not finished yet).

And as I have said before, I would gladly vote for a BC player, ONLY if I think he would actually do well.

Akib, what proof is there that cynic, summit, or company would do better?

Tonoy "agressive" in a sense that now is not the right time to "confidently" say we gona make sure someone else gets in. that will just motivate them to vote for one of their own kind just to prove you wrong. hope you getting what am saying.
am all for agression an aroggance.... but lets sort our own problem here first then we all can go and boast etc. i will be the first one myself along with you to do that.
please read my post tonoy and say if am right or wrong in what i said?
Am supporting you for a change but how can you promise something when we don't even have a clear candidate who everyone 100% supports to run?

Well, our team didn't do as bad as you said. They went 3-2. 3 good wins, 1 unlucky loss (against Ireland) and one guaranteed loss (against NZ). NZ we were gonna lose anyways (best team), while Ireland is still undefeated. So its not like we went 0-5, we had a winning record.

And even if they are not good, what makes you say any of us will be any better. We havn't played long enough to show that we can.

Like I don't mind any of us running for election, but make it an organized effort and make sure its the best player who wants to do it. But ull have to win my vote over (and No im not voting for summit).

I can run for assistant U-19 manager.Oh,one more thing, the manager has to be really active. The most active people from BC I think are me,Nadim,Akib and Rifat.Again, this is just my opinion.
