Default Whiteness of BD Jerseys

The test-cricket jerseys the English wear seem BRIGHT WHITE, Ekdom fokfoka!

The ones the Bangladeshi wear seem yellowish, almost beige. Keno? Can't we use some bleach or something? It bothers me!

Thats the traditional color. Cream. Not Yellowish. Every teams wears that kinda whites. It has nothing to do with having bleach. Eng use bright white color. That's their choice.

Soo many random threads today. Ashfuzz v Tendulkar. This. Commies cant say our names. Just too much random whinning, when we actually have bigger issues to talk about. We lost 10 wickets in 90 runs, one hr. There is a good start.

Dude, you know, you did click on this thread and did post here. If random threads that are not screaming out loud with the intensity and loudness of a thousand jet-planes, you can simply ignore them.

I am sure there are threads where you can discuss how we lost 10 wickets in 90 runs and one hour. Hurry along, don't waste time here.

And as far as I know, the traditional color is WHITE, not CREAM.

This.

Everywhere else people use that color. Int, club, every where. Only in Eng they uses bright bright white. They started this recently. And they get dirty quickly too. And they change their kit every session. Why waste cloths like that when people on the street dont have any cloths at all, just to look bright?

Via that logic:

Why waste money on cricket when people can't eat?

Why buy gallons and gallons of sport drinks for the team when people on the streets don't have access to clean water?

Hey Bro, test cricket can be played in white OR Cream. England used to wear cream earlier, Australia still wears cream. So nothing to worry there.

If this info is correct then thank god for that!!

When I went to lords with my two non-bangali friends who dont know much about cricket, they were surprisingly quick to pick up on this issue. I told them both teams have to wear different shades of whiteness in a single match like in football they must wear different colours....i dont think they were buying my justification though

England have their kits made by Adidas, who had the idea to make the white ones. Which got a lot of criticism at the time, if I remember rightly.

In your "facepalm" pictures, Picard is wearing black and crimson, so I was confused.

Thanks, brah. I try.

And like I said before, I'd much rather it be bright white like England's. It just looks nicer on TV, I think. Cream is a nasty color to have on sport uniforms - makes it seem as though the player has rolled around in the dirt before the game.
