Default What's the best way to send money to a BD bank account?

I want to send a small amount of money to a BD account. The bank I do banking with doesn't send money to BD. I have used Moneygram before but I found them a bit expensive. I also used smaller foreign exchange companies but I am a bit suspicious about their dealings. They do deposit money to BD bank accounts but its technically money laundering. They collect money from overseas and their agents in BD physically deposit the money to a bank account. So, when investigated it can't be traced back to the country it sent from. Also, they evade tax. If you know any legal money transferring organization who charges a low fee, gives good rate and reasobaly quick to transfer(2 bus days) please let me know.

Western Union. Legal, safe, and I think the charge is reasonable.

2 days is difficult because of the Eid holidays.

I time to time would use Sonali exchange. I would use a bank check (no cash). There is no way of not reporting a check. So that would eliminate the concerns of fraud in the system or taking advantage of the loop holes.
