How to get rid of spots?

Hi all,

Do you guy's know how can i get of my spots? It's mainly on my forehead.It is so annoying because every time it goes and it comes back again

Any solution will be very helpful from you guy's.Thanks

Buy some clearasil, till then keep scrubbing soap with cold water on your face.

but there are alternative ways...

for example: i used to have a lot of acne problem...BUT alhamdulillah, problem solved because i have been seriusly practicing Islam for the last 2 years...i make wudu(ablution) about 5 times a day so my skin(especially face) always stays washed and clean and i have greatly reduced this problem.

secondly, drink plenty of water

recommended at least 8 glass a day...10 is desireable!

avoid oily foods(kinda hard to do having desi parents, but gotta fight it!

), eat plenty of fruits...at UCONN(that's the university i go to) campus during session i used to eat 3 apples a day pleanty of fruits!

lastly, if you consistently apply what i said, Inshallah you will get results...it will take weeks...it doesn't go away overnight.

In order to get rid of pimples, one must ged rid off all bad thoughts!
And also a very ancient old proven method from rural Brahmanbaria, early in the morning, after one wakes up he puts nose fluid on the pimples or spit on the pimples and Inshallah, the pimples will disappear with in a few days!

lol, pimples, ghamachi type spots are something I have just given up on! I realised at this stage they'll come and go as long as I don't touch and scratch them it won't spread and will go away

I used to cover them up with light make-up but realised it made everything worse :S But cleansing, moisturising and toning helps... you can try that if your are bothered :P

btw Riffat bhaiya, how can you drink 8 glasses of water? like wow! I wish i could do that. :|

well when i starts getting pimple i use my lul..trust me it works..it may sound gross but it works..

the lul thing..i tried it..it doesn't work..drinking water is a long time thing..it's always a good habit to drink ALOT of water..try and find some kind of herbal coltuion to your problem cuz these chemical creams and face washes are just killing our skin

laughing out loud...i cant say "lol" it may be misunderstood hehe

actually...i lied..the lul thing does work...but not on spots...put it on newly forming pimples...and keep doing it everytime it dries up...lul works because saliva contains enzymes that kill bacteria...and ofcourse natural treatments are always the best! bangladesh_sy thanks for the good advice!
