live bangladesh v zimbabwe audio 2nd test
hi everyone.
my name is marco and i'm the person who runs a http server that broadcasts most cricket series around the world at
http://fast.streammadness.com:8390
just letting everyone know that i may have coverage from the second test onwards of bangladesh vs zimbabwe available to those interested. during weekdays, i won't be able to start live audio until around 07:00 gmt, as i'll be at work, but on the weekends, i can stream full days play.
also, it will depend whether i stream bangladesh vs zimbabwe as others who listen regularly may want audio of aus vs pak/wi or eng vs sa, so please be aware that on some days, you may not get a lot of bang vs zim, as i have to cater for what's most wanted.
please feel free to either reply here or at
marco.c@iinet.net.au
and keep
http://fast.streammadness.com:8390
in your list of favourites for live cricket audio.
cheers.
marco from melbourne aus.
p.s.: went to the tsunami match yesterday and it was sensational. pity the bangladesh player was 12th man.

Dear mcurrale,
Thank you very much for your initiative for live casting the audio of the 2nd Test.
I would like to ask you few questions. like
What do I have to do to listen to the audio?
Is there any specific software?
Are there any specific steps to follow?
Is that free?
What time the audio will start?
I would really appreciate your response and thanks again for audio casting BD vs. Zim 2nd test. and hopefully you will also do the Onedays

Ok,
mcurrale informed me that he has only 20 listeners, now that is not enough so this is what we need to do. once we have one listener, we can use paltalk to stream that to the rest, the easiest and fastest. Similiary If we have 2/3 doing the same the load on paltalk will also be less and better audio for all. How about that?
Else who ever has a streaming server capability can also go for streaming the audio once he gets one from mcurrale.
If BC mods/admins takes the initiative of doing this streming that will be the best approach. contact mcurrale please.

allrounder,
if you are in touch with him, can you ensure that he'll broadcast the BD match for the whole day. At the moment he is also streaming the commentary of the South Africa tests, which starts at 2:30 pm BD time.

hi guys.
sorry for the slow response, but i've been busy at work.
unfortunately, the person that was going to stream the match to me has fallen through, so if there is anyone out there that can stream the audio to me, that would be muchly appreciated. the problem is that the internet in bangladesh runs at a very slow stream, thus making the audio from this person that was going to stream to me very choppy and broken up with constant buffering.
please feel free to reply on this thread or to my email directly at marco.c@iinet.net.au and i will respond as quickly as possible.
i'll be streaming aus v wi today, and if i can get a stream up, i'll take some of the bang v zim match, but that's reliant on somebody responding and offering me some way of getting a stream for this match.
cya soon.
marco.
