agree with NAdim & disagree with Ajfar bh.
owners in the dugout are not allowed in IPL, should be same in BPL because with their body language or yelling it should disturb the players concentration,
and about the Strat.Timeout, atleast that lets the viewers to go to the toilet instead of auto-constipation

also we can grab some snack
