Well im not talking about pulling them. I'm actually talking about developing them properly (giving them some senior matches for exp).

Another problem we have in BD is our academy averages are so high.... yet we don't have much to show for it. Clearly something is getting lost in the way.

haha. Hes not even the best in BC. Rifat has the best BD youth pull ever.

I'm giving amir as much exp as possible so he comes close to matching Rifats Super-star.

Since my 20/20 league is div2, i have teams with 140k+ ratings, aka auto loss, so ill have at least 1 youth playing in those.

I noticed one thing. Here the developers probably intentionally made BD as a very poor standard team; even much worse than Ireland, Canada, Scotland.....

Thats not the reason. Its not intentional. Not sure why ireland, canada and scotland are betteror if they even are better, but compared to like australia and india, those 2 have more players and have been a major nation for longer, thus bigger pool of better players. The minor nations, some ppl think since there are less ppl, they pull those nationaliites for a higher chance at big player.

I have said this based on the national team match results.

Yes but the national team is only as good as the player base, and BD's player base isnt that good yet.

Remember, this isnt real life too its just a game, a bunch of 0s and 1s. Anything really is possible.

Also being a bd fan, you should have noticed that that was a bit of an upset.

At this point dunt worry about national team results. Just focus on fixing ure team for now and just remember to pull a BD youth all the time. Only way the national team gets better is if the domestic teams build on BD youth.

Thanks Dhrubo.

We have been missing your regular presence. Why don't you try to be a little bit more regular?

Ok fine... :P

Anyways bro, you got a competent team at the moment, but you still only really have a few players that you should keep in long run (2 or 3 seasons). Slowly try to replace them one by one with a mix of young future stars and older expereinced players (dont buy someone over 25, with less than reliable exp)
