Why is Mominul a test ONLY batsman?

Nothing is absolutely certain and players come in and out of form, mominul needs to make sure he's scoring consistently enough that when someone in the squad or xi comes into question that his name will be at the top of the list for next in line.

If he can do that he will eventually get another chance.
