supporting Duronto Rajshahi cuz I am historically a Rajshahi fan (NCL and in other domestic tourney)...

but I agree we can only go for a 'respectable position' with this team... nonetheless Go Durontos....

p.s: I understand DR's logo is a bit bland, but tigers/lions/flames/mara-mari/fatafati have become so common in the logos that it was refreshing seeing a simple village kid swinging his bat on the logo....

awww, rajshahi! usually it's a dilemma between the heart and the mind, in my case the dilemma is between 2 parts of my heart. rajshahi ar khulnar match hoile i won't watch the match because end result jai hok na keno, my team will lose

আগামী ১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে মাঠে গড়াবে বাংলাদেশ প্রিমিয়ার লীগ [বিপিএল]। এই টুর্নামেন্টের দলগুলোর মালিকরা খেলোয়াড়দের উজ্জীবিত করতে নতুন নতুন গান তৈরি করছে। এর মধ্যে দুরন্ত রাজশাহী 'লেটস মুভ, মুভ রাজশাহী, আমরা দুরন্ত রাজশাহী' কথার গানটি লিখেছেন মাহমুদ খুরশিদ। এর সুর ও সঙ্গীত পরিচালনা করেছেন ফুয়াদ। তার ব্যান্ড ফুয়াদ অ্যান্ড ফ্রেন্ডসের [এফএনএফ] শুভ, জোয়াদসহ অন্যরা গানটিতে কণ্ঠ দিয়েছেন। রাজশাহী, বাংলাদেশ আর আন্তর্জাতিক প্রেক্ষিত উঠে এসেছে এতে।
চলতি সপ্তাহেই আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে প্রকাশ হবে এটি। তারপর তা প্রচার হবে চ্যানেল আইতে।
ফুয়াদ জানান, 'দুরন্ত রাজশাহীর জন্য আগামী ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি রাজশাহী স্টেডিয়াম, ২ ফেব্রুয়ারি নাটোরের সিংড়া মাঠ আর ৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি সিরাজগঞ্জের বেলকুচিতে কনসার্ট করব আমরা। শুধু বিপিএল-ই নয়, অন্য যে কোনো আসরে দুরন্ত রাজশাহীর ক্রিকেটার ও সমর্থকদের উজ্জীবিত করতে পারে গানটি।'
দুরন্ত রাজশাহীর সহযোগী মিডিয়া ব্যবস্থাপক আহমেদ রাকীব সমকালকে জানান, 'ম্যানচেস্টার ইউনাইটেড, লিভারপুলসহ অন্যান্য ইংলিশ বা স্প্যানিশ ফুটবল দলের নিজস্ব টিম এনথেম আছে। আধুনিক সে ধারার সঙ্গে একাত্ম হয়ে নতুন একটি টিম এনথেম তৈরি করেছে দুরন্ত রাজশাহী। শুধু চলতি মৌসুমই নয়, সবসময়ের কথা ভেবে গানটি তৈরি হয়েছে ডিজিটাল অটোকেয়ার মালিকানাধীন দলটির জন্য।'

Rajshahi did not do a good job picking good international
Player. Picking Samuels for 300k looks to me a waste. Abdul Razzak is totally out of form...they could have done a lot better with that 400K...

it's good to hear that there will be a program on cricket mainly for kids on Channel i & it's Pilot's concept,love this guy.

I had a feeling that Rajshahi will be the champion in BPL.
I had to support Dhaka Gladiator as its my 2nd home ( no team from Noakhali)...
But after looking at Rajshai's all smart decisions (including band and song) i am now 100% rajshahi supporter...
I am going to unlike DG from FB today and hopefully will find the DR account to like...

Beside what a kheth song DG have on top they have keth icon...
(Faka mathey marbey chokka... arey beta sheta to shobai parey bhorti mathey koy jon parbey?)

BTW after reading MC's post i was also noticing that touching every time... lol
