there is numerous attempted coup againest Chavez assited by local agents of CIA. Regarding Vote Engineering. Are you sure he did that? Because evn frm american news agency said that Chavez foiled the coup attempts by ordinary people. He has enough support in local people. Dont belive everything western media say. They would say everybody rogue if he resisted western influence. Remember Nelson Mandella was termed as terrorist by Western Media once.
