i think the selectors need a break.. they have made it a musical chair game. any valid reason y rasel was dropped? if nazimuddin came in place of aftab, then y is he still there when aftab is bak? also wat wud happen to M rubel. play jut 1 series n then dropped?

I think they are planning to play Farhad as 2nd seamer. We may see an XI with only two specialist bowlers (Razzak and Mash).

I think they are planning to ruin Farhad's career. I am a Farhad fan, and I am saying that: At this stage of his career he is no way a opening bowler. He just start showing promise as a one down FB (only recently).

And do you know what? They will slot him in #8/#9 in the batting order. Its a wastage of his talent as a batsman. Potential wise he is far better than some of our current specialized ODI batsman.

This is the way we spoil young player's career. We use them randomly, and when we use them... we use them in a wrong way...exposing their weakness and not using their strength.... we overburden the young rookies to relieve our experienced players responsibilities.

What a pity.

You bring a youngster (Mosharraf) for a tough series against South Africa and after a reasonable performance with ball, you drop him for a relatively easy series against Ireland? inexplicable.

Mahmudullah is a good choice, but ideally it should have been opposite. Mahmudullah (relatively experienced) should have played against SA and Mosharraf (newcomer) should have made his debut against Ireland. In that way we could have made best utilization of our players without harming their confidence.
