I saw a Chatgaya man, tossing up his little son and the kid was laughting and fathar calling him 'Sudanir phua' time and again. He looked so happy saying that. Was it an adoreable expression, calling his own son... sudanir phua?

In that case can we call all the cycloners... ..........? Excuse me for my ignorance please

Toeing the line here, Banfan. If you really don't know what that means, why don't you ask your father ?

I would have asked, had he been alive, although he isn't a chhittagonian.

When a father uses it for son, I gotta believe that it's used in a different meaning than I understand. You know kotaye bole... "Ek Jyegar gali arel jayegar buli" so you guys from chittagong might be able to explain the proper meaning according to it's use in local language... that's the reason of asking.

If you say, that's used in bad sense... i will delete my post & apologize for my ignorance... but have to feel sorry for that moderately educated man and his son, although it was very sweet to watch that moment. Meant no offense just trying to learn

Hey man, don't sweat it. I know some of the chatgaian slang can be confusing.

Sorry about your dad. It was nothing intentional.

That's what I meant.

I wish Enamul emerges as better cricketer in the future. He is my favourite left arm and you all know about his abilities.

All the best Eny

I think it should be Aftab. With so many batsmen in the squad I don't think Nafees is guaranteed a spot in the XI.

Marhsall Ayub should be the captain for Chittagong. He have experience in captaincy compared to Aftab and Tamim. rest not to consider.

What! they have not chosen a captain as yet? Hoping that they win this game. Hope Tamim and Aftab create some real disturbances.
