yo WI fans... u got any idea about how good are BD's painful tail-enders in frustrating the bowlers of any best side??
|
I'm not sure whether it's the tail enders frustrating the bowlers or WI bowlers lacking the killer instinct!!!! This has been a problem for us for a long time!!!!

Thank you EngWindian.

From WICB
A TALL, gangling fast bowler, standing at six feet, six inches, Washington captured 20 wickets at a decent average of 22 runs apiece in seven first-class matches for the West Indies Development 'B' team in the 2004 Carib Beer Series.
Only 20 years old, the former Jamaica youth team pacer, has been fast-tracked into the West Indies squad by the regional selectors, who named him among the 16 players for the preparatory training camp in Jamaica ahead of the England tour.
His immaculate and probing line and length, complemented by his ability to generate bounce from a high action and straight approach to the wickets, are his greatest assets.
He did not reap big rewards in the Carib Cup with his best performance being three for 23 but in almost every innings he bowled, he got at least two batsmen out but the selectors believe he has the attributes that can be harnessed.
Washington is a graduate of the Shell Cricket Academy.

133/7...just like I predicted! one more wicket before we made the target, since barring any mishaps on a legendary scale this match is ours
Congratulations Tigers! Hopefully we can work on what went wrong in our chase today, and iron out the problems in time for the ODIs.

...LOL... wel said!...
keep watching... as none of the opponent boxers can find the knockout punch and the bell rings at the end of the round...
the one with higher points win without his 'knockout punch'

136/7 Bangladesh won by 3 wickets. Couldn't get any individual score updates. But I guess it was relieving enough for us not to falter chasing a below par target like that.
Thank you everyone for hanging in and supporting. Hope our team puts up a better batting display in the ODIs and the test series.
Special thanks to Oracle, John Gloster (Physio), John Lennox (WICB Official), and Alfred Beynoe (WICB Official).

Carte, check yr U2U.
Also, does anyone know offhand the name of the other adviser, an aussie, who is with Gloster, helping the physio. Forgot his name?
