well playing in england definitely will help even an in form player. its gives you invaluable experience and confidence. then again, our cricketers have been playing a lot of cricket recently. perhaps a break wont be too bad for ash.

Great to see Enamul there. The pitches in England should be better for spinners about now... I hope he gets a bundle of wickets and bowl the batters right out of the pitch.

Just read today's Bangladeshi Dailies.

By the way, Nurul Abedin Nobel, elder brother of Nannu and another ex-national cricketer, is assigned as the assistant coach for the A-team.

Dates of Afro-Asia matches are declared-
Quote:
"The matches will take place on August 17, 19 and 21 in either India or South Africa, and the countries involved have agreed to release their best players for these matches," Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) director Saleem Altaf told Reuters.

He said earnings from the matches, including the sale of television rights, would be shared by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) and the African Cricket Association.

Hopefully 2-3 of our players will get to play those matches.
