Default Who should be our new coach?

BCB will have a new coach before TVS cup ends. They mentioned, they are planning to coach from South Africa or Australian Origin. However, we fans might have someone else in our mind. Someone mentioned Sandip Patel. Lets see who we want...

Rajputro,

I mentioned Sandeep Patil. He took the Kenyan team into the WC semi-final from the dumps. If the BCB can have him, he can do wonders for us as well. Maybe we can reach the semi-fimals in the 2007 WC with him.

I voted for other Australian as the australians now rock the world of cricket.

We should get an Australian coach to teach us in a better way.

I voted for Bob Woolmer, but anyone between Bob Woolmer and Dave Whatmore would do.

Like I said in the other thread, we had a black chapter written in our history with the coaching of an Indian (Mohinder Amarnath). And also now that we have suffered at the hands of a Pakistani coach Mohsin Kamal and Ali Zia, I think that enough is enough - no Indian and no Pakistani coach for Bangladesh.

Default Finally, someone who agrees...

I've been going on about this, fahmida, for ages and ages. I'm glad you agree. Subcontinental coaches are the worst breed of bacteria. These low-life parasites should go back to the villages they came from. We need a professional coach, not someone who thinks that eating roti and kebab constitutes a training session.

Dav Whatmore or Bob Woolmer it definitely should be.

Default Well,

Woolmer would have been ideal, but he is not available. Out of the rest, Dav Whatmore gets my vote.

I really think some officials from BCB visit this site. Thats how they are doing things. For example like taking in Javed, Mehrab, Akram. We all asked for that in this Board, and now most of us voted for Whatmore and Whatmore is taken in.

Anywayz Best of Luck Whatmore. Wish he will do the same kind of miracles in our team as he did with SL. Who knows we might win the next WC if Imran works beside Whatmore.
