im mad at Arsenal

how can you end up draw a game when you r 4-0 up in 25 mins against a team who is pretty
much fighting to survive in the league.

F**** wenger..

They just missed out to get closer to Man U who lost to wolves by 2-1

seems like ManU lost in purpose to tease the gunners even more....

Arsenal should have done better...

Lol. As if its Wengers fault. It's the guys who go out their and play. Its their inexperience. The two penalties costed them in the end. And the second one was too soft. Bravo to Newcastle though, the way they played the second half, they really deserved it

It's okay, we made ground. 1 point closer to ManU. Now comes the Barca clash next week, pray at least the 3 available CBs recover in time. Wish Nasri was available. But Walcott will destroy Barca .

didnt realize this victory means so much for gunners fan, my facebook newsfeed is still being flooded by gooners fan, and a picchi cousin of mine, die hard Arsenal fan, just called me from Dhaka (its like 4 in the morning there)...

I should be feeling bad for Barca losing, but looking at all the Arsenal fans having a time of their life puts a smile on my face. This is your time Gunners, the best Arsenal team I have seen in 4-5 years..... so this is your chance to get them all...

Mate, WHO ARE YA KIDDIN'? Lol! Beating a team, considered not only the current best but all-time best, and that also at their own game shouldn't mean so much????

Though we all know the tie is far from over..!

oh ofcourse

A friend of mine (huge Arsenal fan), always teases me saying 'Barca plays in an easy league', 'La-liga is a 2 horse race', 'Barca can never be one of the top 4 in EPL'... etc etc.... and all of sudden writes "beating the best team in the world in style...' today

haha.... finally we get the respect from EPL fans then....

p.s: I am sure you are not a 'bhejal' Arsenal fan like that friend of mine and truly love the game and your team... cheers

True.

True actually I think it's a 1 horse race atm, Real is nowhere near Barca's standard with their current team.

Might not be true, but they'll have tough competition.

Seriously if you look at it, we wouldn't know coz Barca would never play in the EPL. But still you've to agree, playing the hard-hitting teams like a few in the EPL would not be easy even for this Barca team. But again, they wouldn't be playing those teams, so no point arguing.

Lol, obviously Barca plays the best football in the world. But where's the fun if we just admit that straight away? Banters are fun.

I'm sure your friend truely loves his team as well. That's why despite Arsenal having got ultrasuper thrashed last year, he still stuck to his team. And I hope you stick to your own team too and don't transfer your heart to North London, after tonight's display.

Not too sure about that, he is one of those bhejal fans (who just supports a team cuz the brand is cool). Every team has these fans who just enjoy the 'bantering' part...

oh and forgot to add, seems Barca managed to unite all the Arsenal, manU, Chelsea, Liverpool fans...... (source goal.com & facebook fan's comments)

p.s: Barca fan for 12 years now, and Arsenal is my second team for sure. But enough with this already, need to get behind my 'actual' team now...... Feb 19th is almost here....

Arsenal 1 - 2 Birmingham

Obafemi Martins pounced on a calamitous Arsenal defensive mix-up two minutes from time as Birmingham City claimed their first major silverware since 1963 by winning the Carling Cup at Wembley.

I'll be very surprised if Arsenal finish top 5 this season. And top 8 if Van Persie misses out half of the league games like he have been doing for last few season due to injury. Only buying top players can save otherwise no hope

So Arsenal finally gonna sell nasri as he dont want to stay anymore.. I dont know whats going on in his mind.. Given the excellent form of silva,Dzeko, aguero and (waiting to be fully fit) Tevez i dont see any chance of regular first team football for him unless someone gets injured.. May be arsenal fans are right.. He is after money..

Lol I think its not only money, he also wants decent shot at titles. Arsenal havent won ANYTHING in the last 7 years. They dont have new players coming in (really, Gervinho ? comeon wenger!) and with Fab gone, their chance of a title is even lower. City on the other hand has had a great start to the season, they have a sealed Champions League spot and actually look threatening for the title. Nasri would deffinately have competition in City, but I guess he just wants better shots at titles. And obviously theres the money too :P

Arse** W***er is a true Waqad custom made for a club appropriately named Arsenal. Zillions to spend but no real replacement for Fabregas and Nasri, two of the most gifted playmakers alongside Xavi, Iniesta and Riquelme. He deserves the shitestorm coming his way.
