Default Take a bow Tamim Iqbal Khan

i dont care if its a needless thread... i feel like this deserves its own. I have not seen anything like this in my life. I am still in shock. This was bravery beyond anything I have seen in sports.

We need a thread like this.

I witnessed a moment in cricket history that I will get to tell my grandkids.

THIS is why I've always backed this man. He has the face of nobility. Same with Mushfiq.

Hats off to such bravery no other asians this era will ever do that risking any further injury.

Tigers don’t quit easily. First Mashrafe despite after all them injuries and surgeries, now Tamim and Mushy never give up attitude fighting alone like a lone Tiger in the wild hunting all by himself...

This act of Tamim, and mushys innings proved the world Bangladesh indeed are The Tigers..

I like how attitude in our forum is somehow that Tamim and others got this whole GIANT SIZED EGO and they kinda like not working hard and enduring pain...

WTF.

THIS... this right here is supposed to be the baseline... Raise your standard FGS!

Graeme Smith, Tamim Iqbal, who else? I don't think the list is more than 5.

I couldn't agree more. NOt asians... most promitent players of most sports. Footballers to cricketers u name it.... these are million dollars foot and hands.. and even a slight niggle they come out of field just in case.

this is really a selfless act and taking one more the country not just the team. Unbelievable.

Then it is STUPID actually. To increase risk of further injury. I am sorry guys but I am against y'all 99%. This is not bravery. In fact, to call this bravery is an offense.

Unbelievable scenes! Tamim Iqbal has walked in at No. 11 and is batting with only one hand! Crazy scenes. This is remarkable bravery from Tamim Iqbal.

Okay. THAT I didn't know. Sorry. My apologies. Guess... prudent to keep mouth shut if you have never read or watched anything. LOL

I am in shock. I had left to go get food after the Fizz run out thinking that the innings was over. Literally just came back and see that the score is 261 and thought that CI must have made a mistake but then saw what really happened. Salute Tamim.

The boys need to repay Tamim big time here and get the win.

That kind of resilience is in our blood. the amount of crap the Bangladeshis have to put up with every single day, if we had not been resilient, BD would have become Somalia by now.

Again my apologies for unnecessary comments. I actually thought he probably just retired and came back. My bad.

Tamim should have his own shoe sponsorship .. and get deals with Nike or addidas. This footage should be featured in a Nike commercial really.

that one handed batting clip embodies real sports in so many level.... one of the iconic moment in cricket history...

And I can’t believe that the bowler had to bowl that bouncer targeting the body while a batsman is batting with a broken arm
