Bangladesh - A Sri Lanka in the making?

The seniors still have at least 3-5 years left in them, barring Mash of course. We could easily get one more World Cup out of them if they continue like they have been for the past 3-4 years. Plenty of time to groom the future generations.

The talent pool is endless, it's a matter of them taking their chances and improving as they go along. BCB have to do their part by putting their trust in them and helping them develop through A tours and HP tours.

This is what I would say it looks like if these talents develop on track.

Mashrafe - Saifuddin(needs to improve his bowling)
Tamim - Shanto(great talent, should be given opportunity soon)
Shakib - Miraz(bowling is great, needs to improve his batting)
Mushy - Liton/Zakir(currently neither of them have done anything worth of notice however)
Riyad - Mosaddek(he can already replace Riyad to be honest)

These players should be in the mix always as they have the potential to take over in the future if all goes well. Obviously there is no guarantee, just speculation from my part.
