One of the "three" teams I'd be supporting.
Dhaka, Barisal and Khulna.

In terms of player's origin, Khulna's got some pretty big names:

Shakib (Magura)
Mashrafe (Narail)
Razzak ( Khulna)
Kayes (Kushtia)
Rubel (Bagerhat)

This is what I can think of at the moment. Surely there are more.

Well my dadabari is in this division, so that's a major reason for me supporting Khulna.

Dont say "we", say "I".
People are emotionally connected with their place of residence/interest/origin, may be not you.

Go ask someone who lives in Khulna or Rajshahi about who they would support.

Haven't been to Rajshahi and not stayed in CTG more than a week. So, no emotional attachment with these two.

Habib vhaya, nice and informative thread!

I love all my tigers. My tigers come from all over Bangladesh and hence I support all BPL teams! I would like to see our players mingle with international players and gain some experiences from it. Hope this BPL league will benefit our cricket!

Go Khulna Tigers!
Go Bangladesh!
May the best team win!

oops sorry. Didn't see that. Nope i was born in Dhaka PG Hospital. But i lived in khulna (Moulovipara) for 5-6 years due to my father's job. I studied in Khulna Zila School upto class 6. Then moved to Dhaka permanently. One of my dearest uncles lives there (tutpara).

Khulna and Sylhet these two city is very close to my heart. Many many childhood memories and friends are from these two cities.

I was born in Notun Bazar and my first school was Fatima High School in Khulna (nursery and playgroups).
Currently, we have our office and a house in Tutpara, opposite to the graveyard.

Indeed

My aunt's elder sister was the Principle of Fatima High School. Forget her name. And my uncle's house is right there just after few houses from yours

I was born in PG hospital too.

Born and raised in Dhaka. I have many relatives in Khulna, Chittagong. My nana bari is in sylhet. But I will be supporting Rajshahi and Dhaka..Dhaka for obvious reason, Rajshahi because its my Dada bari and my nana also settled here after migrating from kolkata...
