I dunno, cricinfo shows the tentative ten-year itenary (i'm ttttttteeing away). Didn't india have some problem with the bd tour being in april? I think it will take place much later than april.

Our tour to India has been postponed because of Pakistan's tour to India. It is likely either to take place towards the end of this year or the beginning of next. This is quite old news, don't know why CricInfo and the other sites have not updated their Schedules page. Our next tour is the tour to England guys, if there was a tour to India in between, we'd be talking about it!

The ICC 10 Year Plan was just a basic outline of who would play who and the general time. It does however vary a lot. I think about half of series go along with the ICC 10 Year Plan, maybe a bit more. Bangladesh's tour to Australia's top end was just slipped in for the blue. Sri Lanka cancelled their tour, India rescheduled last year and they've done it again. I would go stating a tour is going to take place simply on the ICC 10 Year Plan
