All they need is to keep calm and play out 6 more overs, then start to use the PP to capitulate

Those stupids needed to stay there and still could be 90/3 after 15. Now no wickets to maximize.

There is a reason why having 5 overseas players is better as all teams can’t fill in BETTER local players. But.. If they bring back Barisal and give Mymensingh a side, even Coxs Bazar in few years (if ever the stadium there gets sorted, airport turns international standards, hotels plentiful there already). THEN.. they will have to go back to 5 Overseas players allowed in the playing XI.
But.. again the but, they’ll compulsory have to have one local deshi opener opening the innings in terms of both batting and bowling, number 3 batsman has to be local Desbi and number 6 batsman has to be Deshi. As we trying to groom players into 3, 6role for finishing. Opening innings with least one deshi player as its a BD league and dont want it to be used up by all foreigners in all the roles.
Some one email BCB this.

Isuru Udana's 32 has given Rajshahi Kings a fighting chance on a sluggish surface. If not for that, they could've possibly been bundled out for 75. There's dew, so Comilla Victorians will be quietly confident of chasing this down.

If I email BCB I would say stick to four overseas player but force franchisee to spend more on quality specialists like Gayle, Watson, Smith, Narine, Pollard, Rassel, Roussou, De Villiers, Warner, McCullum - move focus from Asia centric selection tendency.
If they resort back to 5 overseas that will take away the gloss, many fans like me may stop following again.

5 overseas is a complete big NO, they will fill the fifth slot with some average players from abroad, better to give locals the chance rather than some unknown and average overseas player
If anything they should introduce some age slot where they give a young players a chance , maybe from U19s. At least they get some exposure on TV and deal with that pressure

I guess asking for 2 close matches on a same day at this early phase would be a bit too much. So far this day went with good cricket show.
Lets hope for a good show again tomorrow - specially the second match DD vs SS

Good win by Comilla looks like , but Tamim is looking off in T20s these days. Just hope this doesn't carry over to the ODIs and tests

There is 7 teams atm.
If they add another 2 next year it will be 9 teams. Trying filling it up with some good local deshi players spread around in all the teams.
5 overseas players rule with them rules in place with it, I’ve mentioned above. Will work well and benefit BPL and BD.
Also I think BCB should go for 10 team tournament, only one game in the first round, top 4 go semis. Since its played neutral grounds mostly. That means 9games each for all. Two games against sidenjs a overkill playing at neutral grounds. Since BD doesnt the criteria to hold it in all cities then convert to one game against each sides for the first round.

Picking even the worst local player is better than picking some average foreign player just because they are 'bideshi' plus they are paying him more than local players. It gives a chance for that local player to play with the best on TV and show his capabilities and improve which can only benefit Bangladesh cricket. No matter if there are 9 or 100 BPL teams.
We must make sure that the 4 foreign players picked in XI are the very best and atm a lot of foreigners are getting into the team who aren't performing much even with this 4 player rule.
Unlike the IPL we don't have the luxury of availability of the top stars of International cricket every season.

Rather dream for those days when in a middle and play off phase 3 or less foreigners are picked because a local outperformed them.
